Another couple has tied the not FP style! Lynn and Jerry recently got married at sunset at Cane Garden Bay, Tortola, BVI. Lynn was looking fabulous wearing our Sunshine Dress in Peri . Congratulations!

Recently the FP team put together a baby shower for our Tamny, our Senior Retail Buyer. With each person chipping in, we were able to compile a collection of must have items for newborns. Baby Boden will be a clean machine (at least for a little while) thanks to a whale washing bin and wash cloths! Also included were sporty onesies and bibs. It’s never too early to start dressing for success. Congratulations Tamny!

When Connie walked into our FP Phoenix store it was love at first sight! Connie was planning a beach wedding at Carlsbad, CA and when she tried on our new Tuscan Floral Tango Dress she knew it was a match made in heaven. “The dress was absolutely perfect for the day as I felt so incredibly comfortable.” she said. A big thanks to Connie, husband Paul, and ring bearer Lottie the dog!

An FP White Elephant!

This holiday season, the office decided to throw together a fun White Elephant present exchange. We wanted to keep it fun and light on the wallet so the rule was to grab something you already had around and wrap ‘er up and bring it in. We all took turns picking mysterious presents and in the true fashion of a White Elephant, the gifts got exchanged and sorted through. Take a look!

Halloween Fun at FP Headquarters!

Last week we had a Halloween costume contest here at our FP Headquarters. Here’s a photo of our lovely group of participants from the day. Our prom queen, Emily, won the costume contest and everyone enjoyed delicious pies and homemade goodies!

Marietta Fashion Show Benefits the Humane Society!

Recently, Kathe, our Customer Service Rep, traveled to Marietta, GA for an FP Fashion Show to benefit the Humane Society! About ninety people attended the show and our Marietta store manager, Jenn, helped all the models choose their outfits. They looked great (of course) and the crowd seemed to really like the current and upcoming FP styles that were modeled! Many of the guests wanted to purchase some of the items (especially the Pure Sweaters and wraps) right on the spot, but hurried to the Marietta FP store shortly thereafter to shop the afternoon away!

Kathe brought lots of door prizes and $150 was raised for the Humane society with the FP tote bags that were auctioned off during the show. Our designer, Sarah, even made up some bandanas from scraps of fabric for the dogs to wear as they were being shown for adoption.

FP Cookie Contest!

Last week we had an FP Cookie Bakeoff! Contestants brought in their most famous recipes and everyone enjoyed and voted for their favorite sweet treat. The winner of this year’s FP Cookie Contest was Laurie and our runner-up was Tsekyi. Here is Laurie’s winning family recipe as well as photos from the day…

Shumway Ranger Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups oatmeal
1 large bag chocolate chips
1 large bag white chocolate chips
1 large bag butterscotch chips

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Use a cookie (small ice cream scoop) scoop to place dough on cookie sheets. Bake 350 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes. ENJOY!
